1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using virusinfotech.com (the "Site") or engaging the services of Virus Infotech ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and users of our Site and services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About Virus Infotech

Virus Infotech is an IT services company headquartered in Dubai, UAE. We provide the following services to businesses and individuals:

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable UAE or international laws and regulations
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or spam
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content from the Site for commercial use without our written permission
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site

4. Service Agreements & Project Engagements

a) Quotes and Proposals

All quotes and proposals provided by Virus Infotech are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. A project commences only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the agreed initial payment.

b) Scope of Work

The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each project are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement. Any changes to the agreed scope will require a written change request and may affect timeline and cost.

c) Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content, feedback, and approvals required for the project. Delays caused by the client may result in revised timelines or additional charges.

d) Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, projects require a 50% deposit before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before final delivery.
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may incur a service charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
  • We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.
  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes will be added as required by UAE law.

6. Intellectual Property

a) Our Content

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Virus Infotech or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

b) Deliverables

Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights for project deliverables (e.g., custom code, designs) are transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

c) Third-Party Components

Some deliverables may incorporate third-party libraries, plugins, fonts, or stock assets. These remain subject to their respective licences. We will inform clients of any such components used in their project.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement for a period of 2 years. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available or independently developed by either party.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Virus Infotech shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from the use or inability to use our Site or services
  • Errors, interruptions, or delays in our services beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from a project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific project to which the claim relates.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination:

  • The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
  • We will deliver all completed work and project files to the client upon receipt of outstanding payment
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the termination is due to our material breach of the project agreement

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Site immediately and without notice for any user who violates these Terms.

11. Force Majeure

Virus Infotech shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, pandemics, or acts of war.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations.

If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
